1. Not having a Plan

2. Not being prepared in Advance

Investing in coloured tapes and categorizing the stuff as per the colour of the tape is a smart idea. For instance, you can seal all the kitchen stuff boxes with red coloured tape and all the office related stuff in boxes with a brown tape.
